All installation work is deemed to be accepted as correct and in accordance with customers wishes once final payment is accepted.
If any equipment becomes faulty within the first 28 days following installation we will rectify this under warranty and free of any call out charges.
Any requested alterations or "changes of mind" after completion will attract a call out fee in accordance with our standard charges (see below).
This includes (but is not limited to), camera re-alignment, sensor relocation, programming additional features, adding keyfobs etc.
This is a non-standard maintenance between 9am - 5pm. The fee covers the engineer's time and travelling to provide a preliminary diagnosis.
This is charged at £75 (incl VAT). If you are not under a maintenance contract there may be additional charges.
Adhoc works undertaken will be charged at £75 (incl VAT) per hour for the first hour and subsequently at £37.50 (incl VAT) per additional hour.
When jobs are charged per hour we will provide an estimate and charge pro rata once the job is complete.
